Reach1 to Teach1 Foundation is a nonprofit organization devoted to the positive development of young boys through structured, compassionate, and community-rooted mentorship. Founded with a vision to inspire the next generation of leaders, our programs are designed to equip young men with the tools, values, and support systems they need to thrive, both personally and socially.
We believe every boy has untapped greatness within him. However, too many lack the guidance, representation, and encouragement necessary to discover it. At Reach1 to Teach1, we connect youth with mentors who serve not only as role models but as active partners in their journey toward resilience, character, and leadership.
Our programs focus on key developmental areas, including self-esteem building, emotional intelligence, academic support, leadership training, life skills, and community involvement. We work collaboratively with families, schools, and other local partners to create an environment of accountability and love.

About the Founder
Veguerre Paul is the passionate and visionary founder behind Reach1 to Teach1 Foundation. With a heart rooted in service and a calling to uplift young men, Veguerre created the organization out of a deep personal understanding of what it means to grow up without positive male role models, and the life-changing impact just one mentor can make.
Born and raised in a community where many boys faced more adversity than opportunity, Veguerre recognized early on the importance of mentorship. Drawing from his own life experiences, community involvement, and years of working with youth, he developed a mission to guide boys toward purpose, discipline, and self-worth.
Veguerre believes that success doesn’t come from circumstance; it comes from support, accountability, and being seen. Through Reach1 to Teach1, he has created a safe space where young men are not only heard but empowered to lead. His approach combines compassion with structure, addressing real-life challenges while building character and resilience.
As a mentor, speaker, and community leader, Veguerre continues to inspire through action.
